The project setting

The development includes planting at ground level and across elevated landscapes. These areas bring different irrigation requirements, with the watering equipment, distribution pipework and controls forming part of a wider building and landscape package.

Dripmatic’s irrigation scope

The irrigation package includes:

  • Irrigation plant and controls.
  • Valve assemblies and drip irrigation.
  • Irrigation serving ground and podium landscapes.
  • Irrigation serving roof areas and multi-level sky gardens.

Coordination across towers and levels

The work involved coordination across several towers and levels. On a project of this kind, irrigation needs to be considered alongside pipe routes, equipment locations, access and the surrounding construction work.

This is where Dripmatic’s practical contracting knowledge matters: understanding how the irrigation arrangement relates to the building and how the different parts of the package come together.
